Meditation for Emotional Balance

Hey Friends!

I trust we are all staying strong and grounded in these super interesting times. I know at least three times a day I find myself questioning this reality! Is this really happening? Why is teaching kindergarten so hard? Who is wearing all this laundry!? How many days have I worn these yoga pants? What day is it again??? HA!!! My monkey brain chatter might be stronger than others but, wow. 

In moments like that I find myself on the verge of tears, wanting to cry but instead... I walk outside, take the biggest deep breath - because I can, sink my feet in the ground, and let just let the sun flow right through me. Suddenly I find myself shaking on the inside, feeling deep joy and gratitude. With my eyes closed I imagine the suns light mixing with my chakras charging each color.  All you have to do is close your eyes, see it in your mind, and believe it. 

See the sun washing over your crown (top of your head) and a strong beautiful gold light, 

into your brow chakra (forehead) and the color indigo. 

When that settles allow the light into your throat chakra (middle of your neck) and see the color blue. 

Let that then resonate into your ascending heart (base of throat/clavicle bone) and the color aquamarine.

Next, follow the light into your heart chakra (center of chest) and see the color green. 

Slowly breath the color yellow into your solar plexus (abdomen above navel) and allow that feeling to grow and resonate. 

Once you feel ready allow that light to flow into your sacral chakra (abdomen below navel) and see the color orange. 

Feel the healing color grow brighter and stronger in your abdomen.

Allow that light to enter your root chakra (base of your spine) and see the glowing color of red. 

Sit with this feeling and allow the colors to resonate within your mind. Flow that energy right out the soles of your feet and deep into the core crystal of the Mother earth.

You now find yourself so balanced and grounded that your head is probably spinning!! Enjoy this feeling to the core! 

We all have the power to heal ourselves, no matter who, what, or where you are, and when we heal ourselves, thats when we truly begin to heal each other.  

Breath in all the love that you are. I am sending you all so much love and light!!!!
