Postpartum Doula Services
Postpartum doula work is simply explained by being a helping hand through the fourth trimester.
As a doula, Erin's role is to help with the transition
meal preparation
light housework or tasks
breastfeeding support
companionship and
most importantly to promote parent-infant bonding.
By “mothering the new mother”, Erin helps make your recovery from pregnancy and birth a little easier. With that, the new momma can focus HER energy on bonding with her new baby.

Once in the doula field, it became clear that postpartum doula work would become her area of focus. Erin is fascinated by being a source of strength and a support system for new mothers, fathers, and children.
